  • Processing time: Order verification and packaging. All orders are recieved and process the same working day within business hours. If the item is in stock it is despatched the same day as long as order is recieved before 10am and 2pm respectively.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use a courier service for Metro deliveries Couriers Please or Star Track is used for country and some interstate TNT Express is used.
  • Couriers Available – Couriers Please, TNT EXPRESS, Star Track, Australia Post. Please let us know after checkout if you have a preference for courier service and we will try to despatch it with the preffered carrier
  • Shipping Charges – Shipping charges vary on products. Most finished products come with free delivery excluding larger items such as sand filters. Spare parts and smaller goods incur a flat rate charge of $15 to get an exact estimate please add the item to card and use the shipping estimator.?
